John Wesley famously said, “Nothing happens except by prayer”. At an early stage it was recognised that prayer was most important in seeing a wholesale change in the society to which we have been called. Before the devil’s domain can be plundered, the battle has to be won in prayer. It is exciting to live at a time when prayer is rising to an unprecedented level. The World Prayer Centre in Birmingham is providing a great impetus to prayer in the nation, with great resources to help us to pray for national issues. You can view these on their web site. Another great resource is the Prayer Forum esigned especially to help build relationships between prayer networks and to resource peope who pray. One of the helpful publications is the Friday Focus prayer email that invites Christians to pray on Fridays for friends, neighbours, families,work colleagues, communities, churches and nations, to see ‘His kingdom come’.

The TFH Office produces a regular prayer bulletin to inform and update on issues for prayer in our region. It comes as an email to those who have signed up and you can do that by emailing us on prayer@tfh.org.uk
The bulletin aims to keep us up to date on answers to prayer and to let you know what is going on in the network of churches associated with TFH, and Merseyfest.
